Ask Yourself
Have you had enough? Do you want change? Everyone hopes for a happy life but how many actually take the necessary action to make that life possible? The truth is that the majority of people who want to improve their lives are unwilling to devote the time and effort it takes to reach their goals. Some, prefer to stay with their misery because they believe they have no choice to change it. But that’s not you, otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this. You understand that the mindset that sees and creates the problem you are experiencing will not be the same mindset that finds the solution. That is when you need someone else to talk to.
If your life and life circumstances do not require the professional services of a Psychiatrist or Psychotherapist, however, you do require an experienced professional counsellor, one who applies their life experience and knowledge to help others, and who offers a different mindset to help you find your way back to happiness, then ICS™ is right for you.
The main difference between Counselling and Psychotherapy is the approach. Counselling and Life Coaching helps create a solution to a problem whereas Psychotherapy tries to find out why there is a problem to solve in the first place. Because Psychotherapy is achieved through an analytical lens, people can see a therapist for a long time, possibly years. Another difference is that Psychotherapy is concerned with more severe psychological disorders than with the wider range of “everyday” problems and difficulties of life for which it is appropriate to consult a counsellor.
Positive reinforcement, guidance, counselling and coaching are the keys to help you move forward and get all that you want and deserve out of life. To make changes in your life you alone do it, but you don’t have to do it alone.
