Telephone Supporttelephone
Telephone consultations are available after we have had an initial face-to-face session. Prepaid telephone support is also available when in-person sessions are not possible or convenient.

Prepaid 30-minute telephone sessions are available.
Prepaid 60-minute telephone sessions are also available.
Call times will be scheduled at time of payment.
Cancellation charges do not apply to Telephone Support calls.  Sessions may be rescheduled.

Email Support

A single issue can be addressed from the comfort of your computer. Prepayment via VISA or MASTERCARD is required. A maximum of 10 emails from me to you are allotted to resolve the problem.

Individual Counselling and Life Coaching
individualI work with young teens and adults on an individual basis and we focus on the issues that are of concern to them and/or their loved ones.

Counselling continues for as long as it is necessary – it may be for a few weeks or a few months.  Clients can come to see me when dealing with an immediate personal crisis that requires only a session or two to get over a particular difficulty. You are never under any obligation to commit to a specific number of sessions. You are the best judge of what you need.

Each session is 60-minutes in length.
90-minute sessions are also available, upon request.

Couples and Family Counsellingfamilynuts
Couples and families come in to work on persistent and distressing difficulties.  Family counselling for parent/teen conflict and parenting issues is provided. Couple and family sessions usually take place on a weekly basis.

For couples and families, each session is 90-minutes.

Rewards Come From Dealing with the Source of the Problem – Not the Symptoms

Based on my own experience working in the private sector for over 25 years, I’ve come to witness this  – the impression is often management tends to avoid difficult conversations in the hopes the problem will go away.

Problems, unfortunately, do not go away – they continue to fester often creating bigger problems for the company. For a variety of reasons, many managers are simply unable to provide the support required under these conditions. On-site counselling could address those “difficult conversations” on behalf of the organization, in a professional, private, and compassionate manner:
